Hard to believe that is counted as "part of the money" needed to fill the deficit, the rest coming from the tax increases passed in November.
I haven't noticed any increased services to go with the increased taxes.
This has changed my shopping habits somewhat though. Only a mile or two more to drive to Delaware .....

It’s the governor’s way of raising taxes on the poor, while gaining their support at the same time. Ehrlich tried to do the same, but the Dems saw the light and postponed it until they had the governor’s seat.
