Considering the way many of the newsie pundits, commentators and news hosts gush over Obama, that statement is close to the truth.
Those who keep those kinds of records show the newsies have been giving Obama most-favorable treatment 70-80% of the time, Clinton 60%, the GOP, well, they are lucky to get 50%.
Watch the Sunday talk shows with Obama -- they are little more than Obaminfomercials. Russert's interview this past week gave Obama every opportunity to try to rehabilitate himself regarding the Wright controversy.
So far, none of the interviewers have questioned Obama on the substance, or lack thereof, in his speeches.
