Don't know if this guy is still a freeper but thought we could add him to our prayer list.
Since I read his request on FR last June/July for his son, I've been following Matthew's remarkable recovery. When I check the site a few days ago, there was a care page for the dad.
I think Faith has the prayer ping list...
?
The father has testicular cancer, the son has a brain tumor? Am I reading this right?
Prayers are needed, please.
We cry out to You on behalf of this family in need. Both father and son are experiencing frightening health problems and they need Your hand of healing upon them. Hide them in the shadow of Your wings until these calamities pass by, Dear Lord. We know that nothing is too difficult for You, and we are confident that You know everything they need. Give them courage to face down these trials and to emerge victorious----hand-in-hand with You. Bring good to their lives even during these times of darkness, and may Your light shine upon them to make their path clear. In the Name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
Yes, you are reading correctly. Fortunately, at this time, the son’s tumor was removed successfully last July, he is taking chemo and there is no sign of any cancer at the present time. It’s an amazing story. Their other son had seizures and they stopped just before Matthew’s cancer was discovered!! Also, the father’s mother died a few months ago from cancer.
This family will be in my prayers. Pandora
Prayers for the family.
Amen.
Wow, sounds like the whole family’s been put through the wringer -I’ll continue to pray for all of them.
Psa 147:1 ¶ Praise ye the LORD: for [it is] good to sing praises unto our God; for [it is] pleasant; [and] praise is comely.
Psa 147:2 The LORD doth build up Jerusalem: he gathereth together the outcasts of Israel.
Psa 147:3 He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.
Psa 147:4 He telleth the number of the stars; he calleth them all by [their] names.
Psa 147:5 Great [is] our Lord, and of great power: his understanding [is] infinite.
Prayes for this family.
God Bless.
Amen, our Savior; to You we Look for Great Grace. We Thank you for Your Love for this Father and Son. Please Grant them Heaven’s Gentle Touch. May the Son of Righteousness Arise with Healing in His Beams. Shine Upon them, Lord; Pour Upon them Blessing and Good. ‘Gracious is the LORD, and Righteous; yea, our God is Merciful.’ (Ps.116:5) We Worship You, Master, and Thank You for All You will Do. Grant them Strength, my Lord, and Peace, as we Praise You in Jesus’ Name, amen.
My other concern is where does this family live and does this have something to do with the cancer?
I will lift this family up in my prayers.
Amen.
Prayers up for the whole family.
