He enjoys and expects fine cusine.
If he travels, he books into a well regulated and fine hostelry.
His income is far above the average American. He will always have a guaranteed income and a good one.
He can rant and commit treasonous acts. This he can do without a mob lynching him, or the authorities bringing him to heel.
