I read here about a week ago that he had pulled some 6 million something out of a foundation to 're-invest' it in some sort of green tech. thing. (Sorry, I burnt all my memory cells out doin' acid in the '60's).
He needs quick action because in about a year, no one, even the MSM will be talking about “warming”.

John Coleman, the founder of the Weather Channel, has said he'd like to sue AlGore to get him into a deposition so he can be questioned about global warming, since Gore's consistently refused to debate people who disagree with the GW hypothesis. The problem with Coleman's proposed lawsuit idea up to now, IMHO as a lawyer, is that either he, or another person acting as plaintiff, needs to prove standing to sue.
Standing generally means being actually and specifically injured by the defendant's activity in a legally cognizable way. Being hit by a vehicle the defendant's negligently driving while you're walking across the street is a good example. OTOH, if you're injured by legislation obtained by another person exercising his constitutional right to petition Congress, you do not have standing to sue that individual for damages. Gore's activity seems to fall primarily in the second category, meaning that, on the surface, a suit against him doesn't look like a particularly viable proposition.
However, if a potential plaintiff could be found who invested in one of Gore's GW climate change scam operations on the basis of Gore's false representations about climate change, and lost the money she invested, that individual would have standing to sue him based on allegations of fraud. Hence, the way to get a suit going against Gore that would have a reasonable chance of success, including forcing Gore to give a deposition, would be to find such a representative plaintiff and get him or her to sue.

The climate crisis is, in my opinion, the single biggest scam the human species has ever confronted.
