It's not correct to say "The earth is cooling." We must say "The earth is temporarily cooling before it starts warming again. Didn't you get the memo?

Told a lib this last weekend and she looked as if I’d just told her that her favorite puppy was just run over in the street.

I saw the memo, but I've misplaced it. Some one said the earth will cool for 10 years and then start warming again. His theory had something to do with ocean currents. I don't believe anybody knows what the weather will do ten years in the future. I also don't believe man can have any appreciable effect on the weather.

" It's not correct to say "The earth is cooling." We must say "The earth is temporarily cooling before it starts warming again. Didn't you get the memo?" Lot's of liberal logic for this one:
1) Global Warming is being hidden by Climate Change.
2) Climate Change is hiding Climate Change.
3) Global Cooling is hiding Global Warming.
Run those by any liberal and they will all make perfect sense to them.

Modern “libs” have been trained to think like good little postmodernists. Every truth is relative, but the leftist opinion is correct and everyone else is wrong. Contradiction doesn’t prove anything pertaining to the validity of a position.

Right and oil prices are going up so let’s not drill for oil, build any more refineries, and keep enforcing the 93 different required types of Summer Gasoline.
One thing that chaps my hide is the inevitable rise of gas in the summer due to “the summer driving season”. They never say due to “envirowhacko boutique fuel requirements” which is really what it is. Arrggghhhhh.

Weather changes. That's what it's always done.
Climate changes. That's what it's always done.
Arguing with idiots is a waste of time.
That horse is not only dead, it's pulverized beyond recognition.

Ironically enough, by burning cordwood, you've probably got a smaller carbon footprint than the average urban, granola crunching, latte drinking, Gorebot.
I figure I've earned over 500 tons of CO2 credits, from my years of burning wood previously killed in forest fires.

the brilliant, all-knowing, compassionate, loving, excellent, without blemish, intellectually untouchable liberal scu&bags in congress have always wanted to raise taxes on energy.
in ‘93 they called it a btu tax and they didn’t hype global warming but hid behind “for the children” instead.
no matter what, liberal scu&bags will always want to raise taxes on energy, “the rich”, and generally whatever moves.
IMHO
(the ironic thing is that they’re the same genus of human that put wholesale murder in the history books.)

This is silly. The earth wasn’t warming before and it is not cooling now. It’s just sitting in a range and the rest is noise. It’s like saying Hillary!08 is ahead by one percent and next day O’Bama is ahead by one percent. It is not significant.
