"It's not correct to say "The earth is cooling." We must say "The earth is temporarily cooling before it starts warming again. Didn't you get the memo?"

I saw the memo, but I've misplaced it. Some one said the earth will cool for 10 years and then start warming again. His theory had something to do with ocean currents. I don't believe anybody knows what the weather will do ten years in the future. I also don't believe man can have any appreciable effect on the weather.
