OMG. I hope the 911 operator receives some much needed training. I don’t think she listened to him at all, let alone knew what was going on. What is the big deal with telling a caller who might be in jeopardy “Don’t be brief with me”?? I’m glad with all her delays and nonsense that the business owner wasn’t hurt.
After about 30 seconds of the 911 nonsense, here’s my reply:
“You send the cops to this address and then hang up the phone and go review your training manual.” CLICK!!
