For this Freeper, Americans are "innocent until proved guilty!"

Posting one's opinion on the probable outcomes and originations of this case is not in any way related to "innocent until proved guilty." Me believing that this particular cultist locale behaved in the same way as the other specimens of the FLDS (giving teenage girls to older men as breeding stock) in Colorado City, AZ, Bountiful, B.C., and South Dakota doesn't place anyone in jail. It doesn't cause anyone to serve prison time. It doesn't make anyone "guilty." Silly argument.

Do you all exchange emails or does this stuff come naturally to you?

First off, when you use the word "CULT" you have assumed a guilt by association. With the Catholic church, anyone that is not Catholic is a member of a cult. Therefore, I would assume that you are also a member of a cult.

I assume that these are loving families, until proved otherwise.

Our government has a horrid history of charging parents for "sexual abuse" when nothing like that had ever happened.

That is intellectually dishonest. The children have been taken, without evidence, but merely suspicion. It is not CPS's job to take children on what 'could' happen, but this decision should be based on a case by case basis on what 'did' happen. Because Billy-Bob abused a child does not mean that you or I would do the same. The fact that 4 weeks into this fiasco, we have no arrest warrants, no evidence that every child was abused and a handful of pregnant teen age girls does not mean that every child has, or is going to be abused.

Find the people responsible for statutory rape, and give them their day in court. That's why we have a court system.

It’s the flds talking points. They are hoping to get the evil criminals free, by technicalities, to go on as usual, and continue to do what they plainly do, which is against the laws of God and Texas and the Federal Gov of the USA.
