So can I argue that Armed Robbery is not a crime?
How about Burglary? Those are not crimes, right?
I swear, with the OUTRIGHT THEFT that ILLEGAL ALIENS are committing of my taxpayer dollars via welfare and other social programs, they may as well make all forms of theft legal.
