Gathering of Eagles has just announced Recruiter Appreciation Day, Saturday, May 17 or there abouts.
Being a Saturday, some recruiter stations have shortened hours or are closed. Friday or Monday might be a better day.
As in other Support the Troop Events, one organization steps forward to be the main coordinating organization. GoE has once again stepped up to the plate this year. Check out the GOE site for pertinent info. Hopefully no one doubles up on a Recruiter Station while one across town is neglected.

Thanks and good hunting to them! It’s a target rich environment. They all should bag limits in no time. ;-)

Thanks for the bump.
Not sure when you are in harms way but a prayer goes out to keep you safe. You can always bank it for later if not needed right away.

Thanks for linking. The anarchists in CA better watch out, the patriots are pushing back. Hopefully the anarchists are pushed just to the seaward side of the fault line that slides into the Pacific. HeeHee

Last year the recruiters we visited were so skepitcal of it...it took weeks of calls and emails to get approval (thanks code pink!) This year, one call was all it took and they are so excited as are we.
We brought pizza last year and supplimented it with soda and baked goods my kids made (will do that again this year) along with thank you cards and such.
We took it all over with red, white and blue stuff (cups, balloons, plates, etc) and they really enjoyed it.
We only stayed for about 20 minutes, but we all got so much out of it. What a joy to do it again this year!

Thanks!
Is it okay to do it early? I have several obligations the 16th and 17th.
