The NYC cops don't have a hair on their ass if this guy doesn't have a few "accidents" on his way to the holding cell.
Hell, with all the anti-Bush feeling in this country, the NYPD is probably letting the Hookers in the other holding cell service him.
In the good ol’ days a person like this would accidentally fall down the steps in the police station. Not sure that happens anymore.
