Decatur, Illinois
My wife and I just felt a very noticeable earthquake.
I felt it hard in Robinson, IL. The epicenter was close. It lasted for three minutes....

Felt like a big truck going by.
Sorry I'm late.
I was fishin', then it started raining. Pouring. Then an earthquake up north.
Hmmm...
I live 25 miles S. of Indianapolis and I thought our dog was having a sever seizure at the foot of our bed at first. When the doors started shaking and rattling I knew it had to be an earthquake.
That was kind of cool actually, my first one.
Someone about 20 miles from the epicenter is reporting that dishes in their cabinets where shaken out and fell to the floor.

Near Mount Carmel, IL
I wonder how long it will be before some genius attributes this to Global Warming?
News 25 out of Evansville is reporting buildings down in Louisville....
I’m in NE Indy too. It’s sure is one way to wake up!!
I am glad to hear you say how long it lasted. It was at least a 90 second shake here in Nashville, but I kept seeing people say it was only a few seconds and wondered how ours lasted so long. Mr G and I had a discussion about whether or not this was an earthquake.
Girl, did you sleep through the earthquake?
Did ya catch anything good?
Have some people in the Grand Rapids Michigan area that claim they felt it.
Me, I slept through it. Having a water bed prepares you for these things! :)
Felt it hard in Olney. Plus 2 aftershocks.
It’s George Bush’s fault. He signed to Algore’s phony science the other day.
We were lying in bed discussing if this was an earthquake. The only thing we could compare it to is having a large helicopter go directly overhead... which happens here on occasion.... but that doesn’t usually cause the house to shake quite so much, only the stuff on shelves to rattle.
Actually, sitting where I am I now see a picture that is slightly askew, so we must have shaken a fair amount (for the midwest)
Some people just gotta eat no matter what. ;o)
It woke me up at 5:39! My bed was shaking. The whole house was rattling.
I am in Northeast Indiana!!
Just alligator gar and catfish at that hole, and I'm not sufficiently Cajun to eat gar, so fried channel cat it is.
I'll try again later...
Hey neighbor! I live in the Oaklandon area not far from Fall Creek Middle school.
I have about a dozen or so decorative plates sitting on our long dresser that were my deceased aunt’s. I have no other place to store them at the moment. I woke up to the shaking, but those plates sure were rattling.
I thought maybe he was trying to protect the tuna casserole, lol.
