GUADALUPE, Ariz. -- An illegal immigrant has been arrested on suspicion of raping and kidnapping a 15-year-old girl at her Guadalupe home, Maricopa County sheriff's deputies said.
The MCSO Special Victims Unit arrested Jose Dolores Montoya Sanchez, 24.
Sanchez was booked into the Maricopa County jail late Wednesday on one count of sexual assault, one count of kidnapping and two counts sexual abuse.
Sheriff's deputies said they began investigating the case when the victim disclosed that Sanchez sexually assaulted her at a Guadalupe home.

The 15-year-old was immediately taken to a local hospital for medical treatment, MCSO said. A forensic evaluation confirmed an assault, according to sheriff's investigators.
Sheriff's deputies said Sanchez has been in the country illegally for the past 10 years.
"This suspect sexually assaulted a young innocent girl and this is yet another example of a violent crime committed by an illegal alien in Maricopa County," Sheriff Joe Arpaio said. "The deputies working in Guadalupe did a professional and thorough investigation."
I would call this a crime against humanity, and this poor girl. What says the Mexican President? Just a hardworking joe that the USA needs to take care of?

What, pray tell, is their duty. Be expplicit and please do not invoke any actions that would NOT involve a violation of someone’s civil rights and the ACLU. Hell, Sheriff Joe went to Guadelupe 2-3 weeks ago and only managed to round up 4 illegals. They (Hispanics) protect their own. Joe has been vilified for that act and will likely be sued by the ACLU.
I live very close to Guadelupe and I would guess the average education level there is 5th grade and more than 50% of the residents there are either drug or alcohol abusers (hard core).
I doubt you have been to Guad. and certainly cannot even begin to describe conditions there. It is a town of about 5500 or so, consisting of ramshackle adobe shacks, 80% of which are barely suitable for habitation. I doubt the avarage income tops $15000 per year. Most of the residents are Yaqui Indian heritage. (Read up on them for and eye opener).
Now, you come down here, get your hands dirty and tell Joe he is derelict in his duty!
