Eight out of 10 people in the Arab world have a negative view of the US, according to a new poll. By extension, governments supported by the US are unpopular, found the survey, which was released in Washington.
A recent BBC World Service survey found views of the US had started to improve by 4% globally, although they remained negative in the Arab world. Only 6% of Arabs believe the US troop surge in Iraq has worked, according to the latest poll.
It was carried out by the University of Maryland and Zogby International. A majority of Arabs believe that if US troops withdraw from Iraq, Iraqis would be able to bridge their differences, the survey found. Rush talked at great length about how he had energy conserving measures put into his home in Florida. Also Rush points out 3 things over and over: 1) that most of the so-called green promoters are hypocrites who waste energy or don’t actually want to use energy conservation to disrupt their own lifestyle; 2) that carbon credits are a complete scam; and 3) that the true way to energy conservation is to remove economic barriers to energy, rather than imposing artificial constraints.

The feeling is mutual. You don’t like us, and we don’t like you. In fact no normal person could ever like child murderers, people who lock kids in a schoolroom and torture and kill them, fly planes into buildings and then dance in the streets over it, cut Jews’ heads off while singing religious ditties, and make videos of the event to distribute over the internet and to watch while eating halal popcorn.

The thing I love about my country most is that if he would immigrate to this country, we'd lay down our lives to give him that good life. We'd make sure he could raise his children in peace and prosperity. Perhaps our foreign policy has been intrusive. Perhaps our foreign policy has in some ways caused these problems, but I cannot believe for one instant that any one of you or 98 percent of Americans would act any differently than our brave men and women who are on the front lines (after all, we raised them). Those who risk a bullet to save a child. Face off with an abusive husband to protect a woman and her child. Rebuild schools, hospitals and provide security to shops, businesses and homes. Hand out school supplies and toys to as many kids as they can accommodate through what we send.
Yet we hear how dysfunctional America is, how evil we behave. I'd take my chances with an American of any background, race or religion over any other country in the world, and that's a fact.
More interesting to me is the case of Chernoble; found 20 years after to be mostly free of harmful radioactivity. Hmmm... Maybe we could go back and harvest that oil, after all.
I’m tired of worrying about what other people think. We have our lives to live right here and they have their lives to live over there. Don’t get in our face and we won’t unleash hell on you. A recent PETA World Service survey found views of Dogs had started to improve by 4% globally, although they remained negative in the Cat world. Only 6% of Cats believe the Dog’s poop purge from the cat's sand has worked, according to the latest poll.
It was carried out by the University of Catalina and Dogby International. A majority of Cats believe that if Dog’s withdraw poop from the Cat's sand, Cats would be able to bridge their differences, the survey found.
In contrast, an SPCA/PETA poll conducted in the sand and released in March, appeared to show a 20% increase in the number of Cats who felt the poop purge was succeeding and described the sand situation as good.
Memo to Arabs that hate the US: The feeling is mutual. Now stop coming over here and take back those that are already here.
