The title of the thread is: Alan Keyes Press conference...
If you do not like, approve of, support or enjoy listening to Dr. Alan Keyes, why do you think it is your appointed mission to come here and disrupt those that may want to hear what the man has to say?
If you believe he is irrelevant and has no chance of ever holding public office and no one will cover his press conference, fine! We get it! It is YOUR opinion. Others are entitled to their own thoughts and opinions without the constant, mindless droning of posters such as yourself.
Some have said all this is a waste of time and money.
Well it is MY time and MY money, if I choose to contribute, not yours.
NO ONE is asking you to waste your time or your money.
You are freely wasting your time for the sole purpose of annoying others.
Sounds like some of the code pinko commies who insist on being heard, whether anyone is interested or not.
you must like a mcain type huh have fun with your carbon tax.And your reach out to dems
From Keyes’ web site, concerning (boo-hoo) his leaving the GOP:
Keyes added that he is looking to the Constitution Party as a possible home for his future efforts in politics, including a potential run for president in the 2008 general election.
To borrow from Michael Medved (something I don’t do very often): Another Losertarian is born.
Well said!
NP, brother. Ping me when it is ready, plz?
In the meantime, might I suggest that the RKBA video directly below it is a rousing and excellent substitute.
L Seems more like a Master Debater to me, with all these futile campaigns.
Thanks! I just saw EV’s post. ;*(
:O)
Excellent advice.
The song from the Eagles: "Already Gone", keeps coming to mind..
Constitution Party has a good platform...I just wish they could get some good candidates.
say what?
You're not alone in those impressions. Same path getting there, too.
Since I am a Reagan Republican and my ancestors
have fought for this country since the 1600s to date
I despise Obama, Hitlery.
McCain isn’t my first choice but he will be the last if your type make it possible for the Democrats to win.
Your type gave us Carter and Clintoon with your third party wingnuts.
1992
Clintoon 43%
GHWBush 37%
Perot 19%
Thank-you...well said.
You’re welcome, Guenevere.
Allan Keyes had a ton of guts and fortitude running against Oblama in Illinois... he knew the deck was stacked but he did it anyway and endeavored to get his message across. The man is a brilliant constitutionalist and the sheeple voters chose the tall, vapid one over the man of substance. Like him or not Allan Keyes deserves respect IMHO.
With all due respect, it seems that an Alan Keyes forum on his website would be a place to have only Alan Keyes supporter discussion. It seems that FR is a forum for discussion of many sides of issues.
For example, it's interesting to see Alan Keyes running for the Constitution Party bid, with its very strong anti-adventurism foreign policy.
Unconstitutional, Undeclared Wars
Since World War II, the United States has been involved in tragic, unconstitutional, undeclared wars which cost our country the lives of many thousands of young Americans. These wars were the direct and foreseeable result of the bi-partisan interventionist policy of both Democrat and Republican administrations.
The Constitution Party is opposed to the continuation of the same interventionist policy, with that policy's capacity to involve our country in repeated wars.
We demand that:
Foreign Involvement
The Constitution Party has consistently opposed American involvement in conflicts in the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Europe, and Central and South America. The United States has no interest in these areas which would justify the sacrifice of Americans on foreign battlefields - nor is our country properly cast as a merchant of death in international arms races.
We propose that the United States
We support the principle of the Monroe Doctrine, which expresses U.S. opposition to European adventurism in the Western Hemisphere.
We call upon the Congress to immediately terminate American military presence in all foreign countries where such U.S. presence constitutes an invitation for this nation to become involved in, or further participate in, foreign wars.
We are opposed to the negotiation or ratification of any treaty which would deprive United States citizens of their rights under the United States Constitution.
These paleocons arn’t keen about the military.
Couldn’t serve anyway as the GI issue are mes’s size
pants, they don’t have a boy’s section.
