If you think about it, the fact that Obama lumped the perceived religion of the white, rural Pennsylvanian with antipathy toward those not like them--that is, racism, bigotry and anti-immigration (sic)--makes perfect sense.* The latter is bad and so is the formerif one is observing from the perspective of Black Liberation Theology.
In Obamas mind, the religion clung to by the average poor white Pennsylvanian is BLTs demonic white Church. The "white" Church is the tool of oppression for allincluding poor whitesand should be shaken off just like other social maladies. Just like anti-immigration (sic) and racism. One will note that, in the defense of the earlier remarks, Obama still does not say anything objectively positive about the religion adhered to by the average rural white Pennsylvanian. What he actually says is that government should answer their prayers.

Barry talks about angry white people but he doesn’t mention the angry black people he hangs out with every Sunday. What do the angry black people cling on too? Is it crack, committing crime or raising future inmates who are born out of wedlock. I know there is some anger among the white middle class but I have yet to see them turning their churches into racist hate festivals.
Obama is projecting his own church upon rural white folks.........THEY are bitter.....while the Rev. Wright and his congregation are not? LOL
Hussein can’t decide if he is Muslim, Oprah’s Kid, Black, White, Che, Malcolm X, a Marxist/Stalinist/Leninist, socialist, communist, or a Black Liberation Ideologue.
BUT HE HAS ADMITTED HE IS NOT AMERICAN
His remarks have mostly shown what an elitist and hate-filled man he is. People are starting to correlate these remarks with the fact that he sat listening to Wright so many days, and are now realizing that hateful man actually was saying what Obama and his wife have believed all along.
Demodogs have a huge problem now... Thanks to all the maroons who demanded early primaries. I don’t think they can escape this now without absolutely splintering the Demodogs. They can either lose the blacks and MoveOn types who agree with Obamas elitist comments, or they can lose the bulk of “little people” Americans.
There is something much deeper here than the aloed one’s views on churches white and black. He believes all people cling to their faiths out of bitternessand fear. His explanation of Wright and Trinity Church has exactly that theme. So what’s at work? Read his words and it’s apparent that relgion i a crutch for people whose needs have not ben met by government or society. Once government meets those needs then the churchgoer, black or white, has no moe need for religion. Karl Maarx anyone?
You forgot to mention the Messiah
