Yep, I just purchased a new laptop five days ago and Vista stinks! Oh what I’d give to have XP again!

What’s stinky about it?

I think most of the big boys - HP for instance, that offer XP on new machines - you just have to ask for business sales and explain. Its early enough - maybe you can return your system.

If you time it right you could order a custom system online right away and have it arrive before you return your vista mistake. ;-)

PS: I prefer Toshiba for their support and engineering but there was the propeller tech sale to the Russians in the 80's? Your call.

You can go back. it is included in the CD’s for your system. Go to MS support and type in “Vista XP Upgrade” it is there.
