While grocery shopping yesterday I ran into this guy in the cereal aisle gasping his last breath, "Don't eat the Malt-O-Meal," he said before he collapsed.
It made me stop a pause for a bit.

Malt-O-Meal, huh? This proves to me that any product - especially food product - that has the word “O” in it is low quality and dangerous. Can you name one "O" product that wasn't? Doesn't say much for Obama either.

We do not buy any highly processed dry cereals like that stuff! I think the box would be more nutritious than the cereal. We read the packages and so many of them are mostly sugar. We just do not buy them at all.

Before I saw that this was about the dry cereal,I was worried there for a minute. My husband is crazy about Malt-O-Meal hot cereal. I won't touch the stuff! YUCK!
