From other threads here on FR, there is a Federal warrant as well, as this involves taking the underaged girls across state lines. If the TX warrant has issues, the Fed warrant will cover any discrepancies.
We can only hope so.
While I distrust the government in general, I have been following the FLDS for years and there has always been overwhelming evidence that many if not most of the women were being abused in the name of religion.
