And remember, they won’t allow parents to homeschool their children. Commies are OK.

Watch out folks! This is the start of the final push by the commies to replace our Democratic Republic with communism! It's gotten to the point in this country where the communists feel bold and comfortable enough to bring their true intentions in to the open.

But I thought all the liberal leaving California were ruining all the other states? I hear this daily, here and elsewhere.

Which is it?

The Students for a Democratic Society (commies) of Susquehanna University gave a talk to my Humanities Class in High School. The year was 1976. They came in an started to tell us about how Ho Chi Min was just like George Washington and how the war in Vietnam was unjust. We listened until the end of their little talk. My friend and I debated their butts until they couldn’t wait to leave. It was a fun day.

Ummmmmm . . . . . . . . Don’t know how to break this to the Cal legislature, but Communists ALREADY have access to their public schools.

Only, to protect their identities, they’re called NEA “teachers” (sez he using the term loosely!).

Sounds like the Cal Legislature needs another pot of coffee to wake up and smell . . . . . . . (it’s coming . . . . . . . . wait for it!) . . . . . . . . . NOT just more POT!!!!!!

Perhaps we SHOULD give Kalifornia back to Mexico, then seal the border.

Get our troops out NOW - from Kalifornia!

California is going broke and the Democrats want to make easier for the enemy of the free society.

Fox News has a different take on this proposed legislation.

Democratic state Sen. Alan Lowenthal is proposing legislation calling for California to drop Cold War-era laws aimed at penalizing individuals who join the Communist Party, saying the provisions are “outdated” and "unconstitutional."

Lowenthal's measure goes before the Senate Education Committee on Wednesday. It would repeal statutes that allow teachers and other public employees to be fired from their jobs if they are communists.

The courts have long declared such provisions unconstitutional and the legislation seeks only to protect people’s First Amendment rights, Lowenthal told FOXNews.com in an interview Monday. He said membership alone in any party should not cause an individual to lose his or her job,

As I read it, we could not fire a teacher just because she is a communist, but we could fire her if she starts openly advocating Communism to the students.

It does not open the doors to allow Communists to come in and openly advocate for Communism.

Now excuse me while I go get my helmet and flak jacket.........................INCOMING!!!

With businesses and individuals fleeing California for states with lower tax burdens, the senate in Sacramento is taking up a pressing issue: allowing the Communist Party access to the state’s public schools.

Given the Democrate Party’s control of education this sounds rather redundant.

I live in CA and last week went to the local grocery store to buy a deli sandwich. Below the deli counter were several brands of soft drink to buy.....I was shocked to find that one of them was called “Leninade.” It had a red label and a hammer and sickle above it. On the top edge it said “Get Hammered and Sickled” and at the bottom edge it said “A taste worth waiting in line for.” On the side of the label it said “Drink Comrade Drink! Its this or the Gulag.”

We are heading to the point when a freedom loving man will seriously think of leaving the USA.

The only problem is where else could I go?
