And Russia surely demonstrates that without a 'moral ground'; without moral Leadership; and a population that can find their individual 'Will' - losing it after generations of 'nanny statism' - and a population, raised as well; without 'moral governance - it is thus, impossible to meet the moral demands of a Democracy.
Another reason, we cannot have the 'Left' in charge of our nation.
