Bill Clinton Earned $15.4 Million From Burkle Firm Since 2003

The earnings represent 20 percent of the approximately $75 million Bill Clinton earned during the same period, according to the documents. That may raise new questions about what services he performed for Los Angeles-based Yucaipa, whose investors include the ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid al- Maktoum.

Tax lawyers said the Yucaipa partnership income for Bill Clinton looks to be a form of salary because it was in round numbers for most years.

``Most people who make that much money work for it,'' said Yale University tax law professor Michael Graetz, a former Treasury Department official in President George H.W. Bush's administration. ``What are they being paid for, and if it's the Sheikh of Dubai paying the husband of somebody who might be the next president of the United States, what do they think they're paying for?''

Just guessing.

America’s crown jewels of nuclear, missle, and military secrets sold to China.

The rest is all just off shore financial obfuscation.

The speeches and the consulting work serve as legal conduits through which foreign powers transfer wealth to the Clintons in exchange for past, present or future favors. Also known as “influence peddling.”

This pretty much states the state of the country these days...

“Jay Carson, a spokesman for New York Senator Clinton, said in an e-mailed statement that former President Clinton is a partner in a Yucaipa fund and ``provides his best advice on potential investments, advocates generally on behalf of the funds, and seeks to create opportunities for investors to consider investing in the fund.’’”

This from a man that had no experience in “investing” before. That didn't even own a house prior to becoming President. In past times this sort of extreme corruption would have the masses screaming about the stench... Not anymore...

But..but Clinton has charisma...he's for a woman's right to choose....the "international community" liked us....he presided over the good old days of the 90's when everyone was making money and there was no war...gaack!

People are so shallow these days. I don't know how much of this was caused by the Clintons and how much of it they just mirror....but they have revealed a crumbling society.

If this election results in H. Clinton losing, no thanks to Rush and op-chaos, Bill and Hillary will suddenly find themselves without promise or portfolio.

Here in Europe, I never describe the Clintons as anything but a low life criminal conspiracy.

Bill Clinton is a liar and crook. Hillary Clinton is a liar and crook. Osama Obama is a liar and a crook. Marxist Dimocrats are liars, thieves, murderers, whores, cheats, scum, anti-American, anti-Military, anti-God, anti-religion; pro scum, pro abortion, pro anything that assists in destroying America. Funny how so many millions and millions of Americans are going along with it just for money.

I'm not so sure that “this sort of extreme corruption would have the masses screaming about the stench”...I have noted the Mad Media is starting to question the Clinton's ability to extort large $’s from nebulous payees...I think this will damage Hilldog further, her being the savior of the poor and all.
