So it is still about ‘oil’ and whose oil did Russia pay for and NOT receive? Iran is not exactly making any roads to that Iraqi oil say like in Basra? Isn’t Sadr holed up in Iran while orchestrating rebellion inside of Iraq?

four Central Asian states -- Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. Together they control a large proportion of the non-Arab world's oil and natural gas reserves. This is a good post. I don't think most Americans realize the important role that Central Asia plays, in the games, these days.
