Thank you!
Here in Oregon, there’s not much reason to vote in the Republican primary, unless one is in the 5th congressional district.
So, why not use my vote to make a little mischief for the ‘Rats. ;o)
BTW, I already have my form filled out to switch back to the Republican party.
It’s kinda creeping me out to know I’m a ‘Rat.
buuuuuuuuummmmmmmp !!

Yeah, me too.
If ya know any makers of industrial strength clothespins, lemme know. I'll be needing one for my nose when I go out and hafta vote for the McRINO.
:(
Why did I get lumped in here? I have never liked McCain. If I have ever said anything aout this election it was that I liked Rudy for his running of new york and being a law and order guy.
Research!
I do wonder how people can use the logic that after Carter we got Reagan. Where was the new Reagan after 4 years of Bill Clinton? There is too much at stake now. Too dangerous to allow one of the 2 anti-military, socialist candidate in office. It terrifies me the damage they will do in a short time. And right now they have the house. It's more than probable it will be at the cost of military lives. :(
Thanks, your logic also works for me. I cannot even imagine 4-8 years of Obama or Clinton during this period with all that America is facing. Life is all about compromise and 70-80% that McCain will more than likely deliver is, to me, a good bet versus the other option. Now, I can sort of understand the 100% crowd, but even Reagan granted amnesty with no border security. Besides, a 100% conservative would be hard pressed to get elected POTUS at this time.
I am in total agreement. 8 years of Clinton had a lot to do with 3,000 Americans getting killed on 9-11-01. Hillary and Obama are so incredibly weak on the WOT, that many of us may not survive for the "great conservative takeover" that is allegedly going to follow Obama or Hillary.
Based on the fact that the country is now leaning left, a conservative takeover after a Clinton or Obama is doubtful at best.
I’ve been giving this some thought - it appears that the McCain conundrum as his serving as POTUS from a conservative point of view gets down to an avoidance of the facts as we know them to be at this time. It seems that a logical discussion of prior action and policy position facts must result in a conservative vote for McCain there is simply no doubt versus other options.
The not voting option may get Clinton or Obama elected. If everyone plays, the result will be 70-80% on our favor a win. Isnt a compromise to secure that result worth the compromise?
Thanks for your article. Will donate to FR today. I won’t vote for McCain, will skip that line on the ballot. Did the same thing in the primary in Texas as only McCain, Huck and Paul were left.
Thank you, Marcella!!
BUMPed for Maximum Truth!!! ;)
Needlessly mean-spirited, Jim.
LOL. You should read the thread that prompted it. Something about McCain haters shut the hell up!
If the Heller decision comes down "wrong", and added to this abomination of an "electoin" (I never go to vote for the cannidate of my choice, nor my second choice either, before "the process" took them out of the race) it may be time.
See tag line.
Sure, but the rest of us are supposed to at least get a shot at voting for our favorite in the primary. I, and millions of others did not, due to the rather bogus "process" the parties have created.
And they are going to get the funds to pay the troops and buy beans, bullets and bombs, just where?
Smart don't lose 5 airplanes, thus becoming a "reverse ace". Sure one wasn't his fault, and another was a shoot down, so at worst only partly his fault. However the other three came first and would have been sure cause for him either never getting his wings, or losing them, if his father and grandfather had not been Admirals, his father a serving one at the time, and his grandfather an important piece of WW-II in the Pacific.
“LOL. You should read the thread that prompted it. Something about McCain haters shut the hell up!”
Don’t tell me to shut the hell up. Most Republicans support McCain and we don’t need to get nasty about it.
