Bullshit. I’ve seen post after post on here with my own eyes stating that The Clintons would be better to have in office than either McCain or Obama. And the ones who actually believe that the entrenched Clinton crime machine would be easier to beat than a freshman congressman are either whistling past the graveyard or certifiably insane. I want these slimy effing bastards out of my life.

I think most here would do whatever to assure that the Dem race continues HOT into the convention. Perhaps you have mistaken that desire for a desire for Hillary as Pres. I hope she stays in; I won’t vote for her.

...it’s that they’re easier to beat than Obama.

Prove it. Too much of gamble to let Clinton slide by purely on conjecture.

A LOT of people on this site seem to want The Clintons back in office. It makes me physically ill to even think about it.

I don't think that's a fair assessment, and I suspect you know that's not the case. Yes, there has been effort to 'help' Hillary, but not for the reason you mentioned. Here are my take.

1. We have dealt with the Clintons before, and we know that they're hungry for power. Hillary is more ideologist to Bill, but not to the degree that Obama is. If needed, Hillary may move to the center on some issues. Hence, carrot-and-stick method may work for her. Obama, otoh, is someone who wants to change the racial balance of power completely. His record doesn't show any moderate stance whatsoever. It's ideological war to the core.

2. Given that many people still suffer from the white-guilt and are afraid to be called racist, nobody will dare to attack Obama, let alone the Republicans. This applies to both during the campaign and, God forbid, during his presidency. Wright story, for instance, will never come up. Republican groups may air the video, but McCain may repudiate the group and the story will not get into the headlines like now.

3. While they suggested people to vote for Hillary in TX and OH, it doesn't mean Rush & Co. want to elect Hillary. If Obama won both states, the primary was over. The Dims and MSM will have more than 9 months to attack McCain. With her win in those states, we see the race prolonged, and hopefully all the way to the convention.

Here’s hoping that the Democratic Presidential infighting does last through the Democratic Convention in August! I just also wish that John McCain will also be defeated at the Republican Convention in September and then replaced by a decent and true conservative for POTUS instead! U.S. conservatism badly loses no matter what happens in the ‘08 Presidential race, and I truly fear for the long-term future of the entire U.S. as a country!

You are correct. While its fun to watch the RATS go after each other we will still lose if McCain wins.

I think it would be interesting to know what the racist Rev. J Wright was preaching during the Beltway snipings and after the perps were caught.

If wright was running for office that would probably work, but as it it is a lot of people are doing the same to this as the clintoon impeachment. Beating a dead horse.

I agree with you 100%. I just got done reading about how the Nazis came to power in the 1930s in Germany. Support for the Nazis actually peaked and started to wane in the early 1930s but the goofball Franz von Papen, who was close to Hindenberg, thought it would be a swell idea to promote Hitler as Chancellor so as to undermine one of his political enemies (Kurt von Schleicher).

Papen was too stupid to realize that once Hitler got even a whiff of real power, that he would never give it up. He actually believed that giving Hitler the Chancellorship would "tame" him and thus lose him his support in the streets, causing the Nazi party to fall apart.

Anybody who believes that they can use the Clintons to vanquish Obama and then beat them in November are doomed to learn the same lesson as Franz von Papen.

I’d like to see Clinton and Obama fight to the finish and split the Democratic party: both these candidates are dangerous to the safety of the human species.

Having done that, it doesn’t matter which one wins: disaffected center-left voters can gravitate more toward voting for McCain and be re-educated into the right way of thinking over the next four years.

Don’t believe MSM polls. They want the Obama Man in the White House and will do anything to have their way even if it means tearing the nation apart.

obama man.....NO....they want b. HUSSEIN ~ the first muzzie to occupy the White House....this will insure iraq will be lost and confirm the jorge bush doctrine and all republican were/are wrong!!!!!

I absolutely agree. If you believe Juanita Broaddrick, then you just can't facilitate in any way a Hillary candidacy. If you believe even 1/10th of what has been alleged about them, you can't take the risk of having the Clintons back in power.

Bullcrap. A lot of people on this site see Obomba as the most dangerous of the three major candidates and don't want him as president under any circumstances. A lot of people on this site don't believe for a minute that Obomba will be easier to beat.

It’s the Messianic fawning over this guy that maks him hard to beat. There’s no reason behind it, just emotion and ignorance.

What’s the saying, Never understimate the power of stupid people in large groups?
