A teenage tranny gets shot by a teenage gangbanger. What a wonderful place our public schools have become.

Look what else is happening in the public schools- a murder in a school computer lab.

And California rules that homeschooling must be approved first by the state so they can guarantee homeschoolers get exposure to the full spectrum of educational bliss.

How about a dress code, school board! Oh no, did I say something that makes sense?

And why wasn't the school stopping these unwanted sexual advances from the sicko kid?

What no one is talking about is that SB777 went into effect in January I think, in California.
The straight kid has no “right” to be offended that a transgendered (confused) kid was making kissing noises, and flirting even after being told to knock it off.

No one should have been killed over it - but had he complained, he may have faced expulsion depending on the district. From a blog

“Introduced in February 2007, the expansive law bans discrimination in public schools against individuals who are members of specified categories known as “protected classes.” It includes a prohibition of discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity. The law even protects those who are “associated” with another person who’s protected under the categories.”

I’m so glad this school has computers! So essential to prepare our kids for the global market!

Because he has his rights. He has the right to antagonize fellow students but fellow students don't have the right to antagonize the weirdo.

The little hommo should have just had a good ass kicking instead.

Hommo? What's a hommo?

Walk on down to Jolene's trailer and use her internet to look that up.

A hommo is the same as a homo with a stuck m key.

But what they did to this kid deserves the maximum penalty. Everyone has the right to live and to go to school without being bullied. What this animal did is beyond evil.

Indeed. I agree. Killing someone in cold blood deserves the max penalty.

But a system that promotes and defends the kind of behavior this poor disturbed young man was displaying without offering him any kind of mental help is partially to blame for his demise.

Indeed. There is no excuse for it. How many women have had men ogle them and make rude remarks? I'm sure if a girl shot a boy in the head for flirting with her, no one here would say the boy asked for it. Or vice versa.

Gee you did not have to post that.. there is no “Larry King” rule like the Ann Coulter rule.

Ahem, Since you brought the rule up we expect you to follow it.
