After me, the deluge" (après moi, le déluge) -- popularly attributed to Louis XV
Look for Chris Matthews to start calling her "Louie." The Hardball host was as roiled as Robespierre today at Hillary Clinton's threat to take the Dem party down in a convention credentials fight over the seating of the Florida and Michigan delegates.
In the course of an interview with Greta Van Susteren of Fox News yesterday, Clinton made clear her intention to take things to a floor fight if necessary, and went so far as to pre-emptively undermine Barack Obama's legitimacy as a candidate if he doesn't go along with her proposal to seat the Florida and Michigan delegates. That set Matthews off, though it was panelist Tucker Carlson who supplied the most colorful language, describing Hillary as a "kamikaze" who is "ready to wreck the party."

I don't know why you would expect anything else. That is precisely what Barry O. did.
Hillary and Bill screaming about how its their party, they have to re-vote, while being carted out by law enforcement.
:)
LOL, I’ll let YOU do Obama!!
The Democrat National Committee told them not to do it and they did it.
If they count the votes that is their business. I don’t care what they do. To have sympathy for these idiot is stupid.
My main point is that despite what all the commentators say, it would not be a do over. They have not had a primary or caucus within the parameters set yet.
For example say someone had qualified to run in the Olympic 100 meters finals, but said, no I will stick with my time in the pre-lims I don’t think anyone will beat it. If after sometime they were talked into actually running in the finals it would not be a “do over,” it would be them running in the medal race or finals. Similarly if Michigan or Florida voted or caucused now, they would be having their first primary that counted by the Dim rules not a “do over.”
I know I have typed too much already. Like you, I don’t care how they resolve this. BTW, the people who say they must resolve it are talking in terms of political reality. They must seat voting delegates from those states or risk losing both.
If they can’t manage their own party, how do they expect to run the country?
I'm certainly no fan of Howard Dean, but he had absolutely no idea that Her Royal Thighness would not walk away with the nomination when he punished Michigan and Florida by not allowing their delegates to be seated. He didn't think it would matter one bit.
[! I’m working on something - give me some time !]
Lol, good, I’m glad to hear that. Hillary is easy for me but I have fewer ideas on Obama.
You did a great job on ‘froggy’!!
Lol, I’m laughing at the size of your text! Thought you couldn’t see it over a certain size?
Limo huh?
Perfect! Thanks for the ping.
Thank you!
I notice they switched that picture on Ali’s website.
which book, and do you have the citation?
As things stand right now, I intend to help that to happen by voting for Hillary in November.
It's a long time until then, and a lot can happen to change my mind, a good VP pick for example. However, I expect him to give us the finger and pick someone like Chafee.
.
Yup - limo - 1999
Cocaine and “gaiety” in the limo
I believe the previous accusation was a setup to blow smoke over actual “dates”
size 7 font
A bit too big!
gaiety ? “GAIETY”?? Wasn’t he married in ‘99, whoops - that doesn’t seem to matter anymore, lol.
And you are working on something depicting GAIETY, huh?
I have used size 7. Somehow it seemed larger.
