Let's state for the record that NYS is the highest taxed state in the union with the most bloated state payroll, oh, and this employee basically did nothing for a extremely generous salary. Oh, and people are leaving NY in DROVES because of the ever increasing tax burden. NY SUCKS to live in, nice to visit.

Why can a Senator just not show up and still get paid?
