Good luck proving it. Find a voter who will state that they crossed party lines based solely on what Rush said. <<<
In order to implicate Rush, the State would have to prove the "mind numbed robot" syndrome exists and the voter was in its control; the voters free will did not enter into his decision at all!
Not likely - even in front of a Democrat judge.

And, if you were to get your wish, what do you suppose would be the effect of silencing Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, and other conservative voices? I remember what it was like before Rush, who pioneered the way for the conservative voices we hear today, and I have no wish to relive those days.
As to the election, there was little doubt in anyone’s mind that the next POTUS would be a Dem...before Operation Chaos.
Today there is talk that McCain is benefitting from all the chaos in the Dem Party. We’re hearing that he very well could win the presidency. If he can refrain from kissing up to liberals and attacking conservatives long enough to take advantage of that, he just might be the next POTUS. If he can’t, that isn’t Rush’s fault, or the fault of any other conservative. He’ll have no one to blame but himself, and we’ll end up with the Democrat POTUS that everyone thought we’d have in the first place.

Remember, this started before the Rev. Wright fiasco. Obama was rolling Hillary then. People are now talking about crossing over and voting for him. Tactics change. The goal doesn't. Besides, I'm told McCain has this thing locked up with all the “independents” and “moderates”

Beyond that, if the voter had to swear allegience to his new party, I doubt the law prescribes the duration of that allegience. The voter could simply say they have shifted allegience again.

And that get’s us all where?
I personally hope Hillary drowns in the Ummah with Huma.
You need to make your anger a positive thing somehow.
WE don’t ALSO NEED folks who see devastation only.

Your comments are foolish at best.
Rush will not be indicted or even later convicted.
Given the fact that such open primaries were created to CREATE this type of action it is hardly legally sustainable.
The reason we hare having this coversation is the leftists who pursue Rush are agonized at his effectivness.
Remember if they get Rush they can easily get you and FR.

You are so right. I also believe that he despises McCain so much, and is so mad that the Democrats helped to get him the nomination, that this is payback for him. He would rather see Hillary than McCain. He figures he survived Bill Clinton for 8 years, he will survive her. Wise opinion from an oldtimer against Limbough mania on this forum.

The article is just a NYSlimes style scare tactic.
I bet rush creates a defese fund which when unspent goes to the marine scholarship fund.

Its Hillary. She called and said Hi Rush. You know that little Freedom of the airwaves thing? Oh my what a silly thing to be concerned with. Wouldnt you say? By the way, theres this Reverend and...
So, you're saying that Rush is responsible for breaking the Reverend Wright story??? Wrong, Mr. Horse. You can pin the blame on Brian Ross, of ABC News. I believe he received the "call" from Clinton Inc.
Hope your "flu" goes away soon.

Sure. If the prosecutor wants to commit political suicide in exchange for a cozy job in DC compliments of the Clintons.
LOL. Harry Reid's smear letter that 41 senators signed didn't pan out too well for him. I doubt any prosecutor would want to try indict Rush for voter fraud.

"What has a Radio show EVER done to influence the Laws or Lawmakers of this country?"
Radio continues to push the same anti-family, anti-American bandwagon approaches pushed by television and print/Net. It's for all of the "just folks" (volks, even), who follow the current movement in power (citizens of the world, running corporations and related to teachers and bureaucrats). Moo!

Behind Liberal Lines: Yeah, that's what they said about the guy who indicated Tom DeLay too. Didn't seem to hurt Ronnie Earl any.
GVnana: And you don't see a connection with my post? Oh! Wait a minute! You actually believe there's a case here?

“V Yes, but Rush makes much more money when Clintons are in Office, he admitted it openly in the past.
No, I do not listen to him anymore, I have better things to do than listening to somebody who claims being a conservative but openly enables Clintons.”
Well, Son, I have to go for it: Class warfare, Attacks on the epitome of Conservative talk radio, Irrational vituperation about someone trying to upset Obama’s chances, Not recognizing the danger of Obama at all-—not even mentioning him.
I believe you are a “skinny-legged” Obama Troll.
P.S. real conservatives don’t use “anti-commie” except in humor. You see, Ronald Reagan and Margaret Thatcher brought down the Iron Curtain in the eighties.
