Still Time to Change Party Affiliation for the NC Primaries

The May 6 presidential primaries in North Carolina are quickly approaching, but there’s still time to change your party affiliation.
Voters have until 5 p.m. April 11 to switch parties in time for this year’s primaries. Voters can do that on a voter registration application, which can be found at the board of elections office in each county, or at the library.
Voters can also print a registration application from the State Board of Elections web site, www.sboe.state.nc.us.
April 11 is also the deadline for new residents in North Carolina to register if they haven’t already done so.
Registered voters in North Carolina can only vote in the party primary with which they are affiliated. If they are unaffiliated – or independent – then they may vote in either party’s primary.
When they check in, unaffiliated voters can tell the poll workers which party’s ballot they would like. If they don’t, they will receive a non-partisan ballot.
I am getting hoarse screaming vote for Obama in these earlier threads. If you guys don’t get it YET (to take out Hillary), you never will.

Exactly. I don’t approve of “Operation Chaos” in general, but if it’s going to work it has to prop up Obama sometimes too. Otherwise, Hillary is going to steal this thing with the help of FR.

As a NC voter, I have to say that it is much more important to me to vote in the Republican Primary for County Commissioners, State Representatives, State Judges, and Governor than it is to attempt to influence the Democrats’ presidential nomination.

This Chaos crap is STUPID. There are OTHER Republican issues on the ballot you need to be looking at!
Important! A few days after sending in your registration card, be sure to call your county Board of Elections to insure and verify you have been properly Re-Registered! Google up your county and “board of elections” to get the phone number if you need to. They can look up to see how you are registered on the state-wide voter registration system. They are very nice and easy to talk to and are very helpful, and no doubt some are - but do not let that fool you. I called my county office and guess what? They “hadn’t gotten to it yet”. I informed them I will be calling daily until I am properly registered to my satisfaction for this election cycle.
Why double-check and verify how you are registered? There are Rabid Democrat Operatives in various county election boards who will “loose” or “misplace” your Re-Registration cards if you are a Republican trying to re-register in this election because at this point the Rat Operatives all think that Republicans are trying to “Rush The Vote” (Operation Chaos). The more “Rat” the county is that you live in, the higher the chance is that a Rat Operative will try to stop you from Re-Registering in this election. Rats will do anything to try to stop you from exercising your right to vote in any way you choose. If it was up to them, Republicans wouldn’t be allowed to live in the US, let alone vote here. You have every right to vote however you want and vote strategically if you want. If Rat Operative voter registration tampering surfaces enough, an investigation can be opened.
Hillary is far more beatable than Obama. Obama has the Independent vote locked up - and like all elections lately, it's the Independent vote that will decide the election - like it or not. Keeping Hillary in all the way to Denver will inject so much poison into the Rats nest that many Obamabots will vote McCain (20% according to one poll) just to defeat Hillary or they won’t vote. The Rats are feeding on each other - embrace the Chaos, do not fear it. Thank your lucky stars for it or whoever you like to thank. Break out the popcorn. This whole situation is an unbelievable break for Republicans. If we are smart, we'll maximize it to our advantage. Rats desperately want to get control of the government and SCOTUS, why let them?

I heard a caller on Rush's show today. He said he registered as a RAT. The next day he craved fried tofu. This could get expensive if I have to go out and score a pair of Birkenstocks. Rush had the antidote - gave the guy an Operation CHAOS t-shirt, hat AND bumper stickers.
I sure like that 'unaffiliated' idea. Casting a vote for a *Clinton will be SO strange! Keep the CHAOS alive!
