DEADLINE to Register is March 24th in Pennsylvania

As Monday’s deadline fast approaches to sign up to vote in Pennsylvania’s presidential primary, elections offices in Cambria and Somerset counties report a significant increase in Democratic registrations.
Political party leaders say the contest between Democratic hopefuls Barack Obama and Hillary Rodham Clinton is bringing new voters to the polls – and causing some to change party affiliation altogether.
Cambria County’s election office has seen 955 new voter registrations since October, and 377 voters have changed parties in the past four weeks – about 90 percent of those from Republican or other party to Democrat.

Of course, you're right. But politics is cyclical. The "D" may be rising. But, fear not and please don't compromise fundamental principles to try and control two or four years of an eternal political cycle.
We have survived a Dimm Congress and President before....and have not only lived through it...but the light at the end of the tunnel was a great Conservative victory.
I was a kid during the Carter years but I remember my life long Democrat family and their friends tripping over themselves to vote for Ronald Reagan. Why? Because they learned that liberalism is a vapid, empty promise.
And they've never voted Dimm again.
We'll triumph, as we ultimately always do, because our principles are sound and right.
We've always believed that a loss in battle is not a loss of the war. We have never stooped to manipulating the sanctity of the vote.
All I'm asking is that we don't do so now.
How does U.S. conservatism truly make a successful political comeback after both the Fairness Doctrine is fully implemented and after illegal immigrants throughout the U.S. are legally allowed to vote in all future U.S. elections?
It isn’t luck, Obama is a complete moron with a sense of entitlement that dwarfs Hillary in her prime.
(I bet you anything that he never takes questions from reporters from now until the general election.)
That’s why we need to attack him on everything we can find now, before he has the entirety of the Democrat Deception Machine to do damage control for him.

The vote is a tool. It’s the influence wielded by an individual to have a say in the outcome of the democratic process.
As such, using it in the election of your CHOICE (remember that word?) to affect the selection of the leader is perfectly just, as long as it’s done lawfully.
All this implication that it is somehow “mockery” or “treachery” to vote in the “other” primary is a crock of crap.
In the opinion of the Democrat Party, the vote has always been a mockery. As long as there has been a DemocratParty there has been election fraud committed by them.
Our votes should only be used to advance the conservative cause.
In this case, voting for Hillary in the primary is probably the best way to do that.
What if McCain doesn’t win, which one would you rather see in the WH?
it's not working... and it's not going to work... my point is, if conservatives would have stayed out of the Texas primary, both Clinton and Obama would be dead in the water right now... you're thinkg that Clinton will not be supported by Obama supporters should she get the nomination... this is where Rush is wrong... she will get the majority of his supporters... and even his support... i guess i need to say it again--liberals are not people of principle... they will vote for her because she has a "D" next to her name... black voters will not sit out, nor will they cross over to McCain...
now if he gets the nominee, you will have some reluctant Clinton supporters cross over to McCain... if she is the nominee, she will have the media on her side... she does not have that at this point... i don't believe Rush is considering all of the factors...
They’ll be sorry when they (Clintons) get the White House again. Well, maybe not-many right here on FR, and many ‘conservative’ talk radio bots, want them for eight more years.
This is my greatest fear. How would it feel to wake up and hear President elect Hillary Clinton. Talk about chaos.
The best part. Once elected, she won’t have to employ a voice coach any more, because once elected, she won’t care what she sounds like. Chalk on a blackboard for eight ...more....long...years. And the media will fawn on her (their) every word.

There would be no significant difference. Their beliefs and their supporters are virtually the same.
But Hillary has a REAL chance to win, Obama does not.
I wish we had kept a lid on this Rev Wright stuff until after the primaries. I wish Rush Limbaugh would be quiet (not much chance of that), if Hillary wins I will put a lot of the blame directly on him.
Maybe Rush is really a Democrat, helping the stronger candidate (Hillary) to take the nomination.

OF COURSE he's a Dem, he's been undercover, for 20 years, on the air, for just THIS moment in time.
All I can say is that most of my friends are not either hardcore Rep or Dem. And Rush’s arrogance and vulgar manners do NOT help me convince them to vote Republican.
