DEADLINE to Register is March 24th in Pennsylvania
BY JULIE BENAMATI The Tribune-Democrat
As Mondays deadline fast approaches to sign up to vote in Pennsylvanias presidential primary, elections offices in Cambria and Somerset counties report a significant increase in Democratic registrations.
Political party leaders say the contest between Democratic hopefuls Barack Obama and Hillary Rodham Clinton is bringing new voters to the polls and causing some to change party affiliation altogether.
Cambria Countys election office has seen 955 new voter registrations since October, and 377 voters have changed parties in the past four weeks about 90 percent of those from Republican or other party to Democrat.

The country knows who Hillary is and what she is and if they put her in power the country will get what they got coming.
Obama is a marxist/socialist that has bought into this racist anti-jewish, anti-white liberation theology after we saw him defend this week. This is what many black people have been sold on TV and in their churches.
Barack could not change his congregation or his pastor in 20 years, the only changes he will probably make are bad.
go beast
I also supported him over her earlier. No more!! At least we know what we are getting with her.
What has happened to so many Conservatives?
When did the vote--the most sacred building block of democracy---become a mockery?
Plus some of the media has seen how ruthless she can be toward a fellow democrat. That has changed their impression of her and her husband quite a bit. They will still support her in the general but the drive bye media won’t be nearly as enthusiastic as if she had wone easy.
I think Rush’s Operation Chaos has already succeeded. No need for further action!
Don’t know if they have Saturday registration sessions.
Am I reading Democratic Underground?
Operation Chaos.
I am voting for shirley ellis - the name game

Yep. That's why it's time to vote for Obama.
No need to vote for either. They will rip each other to pieces without our help.
I disagree, if Hillary wins big in PA, IN, and NC she could close the gap on pledged delegates and end almost in a tie when you factor the superdelegates. Plus the campaign will carry on thru June.
If Barack loses PA close he will maintain his margin with proportional splitup. He will be able to say he has been tested and still has a large lead.
Operation chaos should be to dump Clinton v Obama on their lap. Have one candidate win popular vote and another win delegate race or visa versa. Plus having Michigan and Florida not vote is hypocrisy on top of hypocrisy.
Carville and Daschle were arguing the other day. Carville says Hillary is ready to take on Obama in Florida and Michigan. They can’t even cobble a 2 candidate primary together in 2 months. It’s a joke.
We should assist this any way possible.
:)
Yes!!! We want Obama to win, because he stands absolutely no chance in the General election.
Hillary has a good chance. It all depends on turnout.
First of all, White voters in the swing states will vote for McCain over Obama, but Hillary over McCain. There are a TON of them.
Second, think of McCain as a 3, Hillary a 2, and Obama a 1 on the political spectrum. If Hillary wins the nomination, she will retain her own supporters plus most of Obamas. Obamas supporters will not go +2 to vote for McCain.
However, if Obama wins nomination, Hillary’s people (especially White ones if all this pastor stuff keeps up) will split, with majority going for Obama but quite a few going for McCain. It is less of a stretch for Hillary’s people to go +1 to vote for McCain.
Why don’t the radio and TV talk shows get this??????????
All I can say is that if Obama wins, I can convert a TON of Democrats to McCain. If Hillary wins.....not so much. Union people will still vote for her.
I'm with you on this. Hillary has no intention of quiting but no one on our side should vote for the bitch and encourage her.
I agree = There's a dishonesty about it.
The privilege we have to vote is not a game
