The Rev. Al Sharpton is backing Barack Obama, but he's made the strategic decision to keep his support quiet.
That's the message Sharpton delivered to his flock last Saturday as he boasted of talking to Obama "two or three times a week" - and insisted the Democratic front-runner knows the rev is in his camp.
"I said, 'I'm gonna do whatever I gotta do to help you. Hillary Clinton has never done nothing for us,'" said Sharpton, recounting a conversation with Obama for his followers at his group's weekly rally.
"'I won't either endorse you or not endorse you,'" Sharpton said he told the Illinois senator as the two made their way to a Nov. 29 dinner at Sylvia's Restaurant in Harlem. "'But I will tell you I can be freer not endorsing you to help you and everybody else.'"

Obama and Sharpton apparently did not want to scare off voters by making the connection public.
Yet yesterday on FOX he said he wasn’t backing either. He said he would back whoever becomes the Dem candidate.
Typical liberal liar. Why FOX has this jerk on every chance they get it beyond me. Even Beck had him on for an hour and treated him like royalty.
I just wish he would keep quiet period!!!!
Obama (the stealth candidate) did the same thing with Wright. Last year, he asked Wright to keep his distance for awhile. He’s trying to fly in under the radar, but it’s not working. What a scummy little weasel. The only position he’s fit for is President of the Liars Club of America.

Have no fear, the Clinton folks will get the word out... wonder what will be left of the Democrat Party when the Clintons are done with it.
The more I see of or hear from most of the “leaders” American blacks have obviously placed in that position - as Mayors, Governors, Congress Critters, Spokespersons, “Leaders”, Pastors, etc. etc.... the less respect I have for them and the less hope I have for their future.....or ours.
It appears that Equal Rights, Inclusion and boundless opportunity were NOT what America’s blacks wanted.
Now they pursue extra rights of entitlement, self segregation, reparations and complaining or blaming their lack of achievement on White racism.
Black racism and the insistence on self flagellation over “victimhood” or “Black Liberation Theology” are the far more likely causes for their unsatisfactory outcome.
Failure to get an education, learn a skill, moral discipline, illegitimate birth rates, single mother households, crime, gang life behavior, drug use, black on black violence, etc, etc....are ALL PERSONAL CHOICES...
Not acts forced on them by the “white man”!
Every day — brown, black and yellow skinned immigrants with FAR LESS come to America and make a LIFE for themselves.......
Within one generation, their children are graduating from top level universities!
How did they escape the “white man’s wrath”?
