With the “peace movement” eagerly planning protests in the wake of the 4,000 military death in Iraq, use this opportunity to judge their sincerity. A decade prior to the war, terrorists declared open season on American military and diplomatic personnel around the world. Where were the vigils, marches, crosses, boots and flag draped coffins to mourn the service members and diplomats killed in the attacks on the Khobar barracks, African Embassies and USS Cole? There were none. No calls for peace, much less justice. Only when it advances their anti-American agenda do they mourn the fallen. These grave robbing ghouls brazenly steal the public’s goodwill for those who have made the ultimate sacrifice. Knowing the emotions involved, they relentlessly market grief when it serves their goals, hoping to turn sorrow into anger and use that anger to produce a US defeat in Iraq. Their strategy is the same as Osama bin Laden’s widely published strategy; inflict enough casualties resulting in political pressure “Bring Them Home Now.” Last month, a Harvard research study determined that media reports of anti-war protests are followed by increased attacks on our troops by insurgents. The anti-war movement claims to support the troops, but will they “Support The Troops” if we don’t “Bring Them Home Now”? Will they forego their blood dance on the 4,000th death knowing it results in American deaths? Continuing with their plans Assures they will have the blood of American troops on their hands. Shame on them when they do.
After seeing a genuine gratitude towards the military by America did they belatedly take up the slogan “We support the troops too.” A bigger surprise for them was the incredible sympathy and sorrow for the wounded and the fallen.
4,000 IN Iraq?
NO deaths by forklift in Kuwait?
NO heart attacks in Germany?
NO deaths while crossing the highway in Kansas?
Those were used to pad out the earlier lists.

Now that the war is being won, these protestors are desperate and visibly disloyal.
In the five years since the Iraq way began about 43,000 deaths per year have taken place on U.S. highways which amounts to over 215,000 deaths. Where are the protests? Ban the automobile! Oh, the humanity!

What's starnge about the moonbat "memorials" is that it's easy to find that they believe the troops are psychotic baby killers. Comments like "they're trained killers" and stuff flow like water. When tryimg to explain Jesse MacBeth's outragous slander of the troops, this woman interrupted me, not to defend the troops, but to say, "Of course they murdered all those knelling people in that mosque, they're trained to do that".
I told the moonbats that if for a second I believed that the troops did what they believe they did, I wouldn't honor them for even a second because they wouldn't deserve it.
It went right over their heads.
