This is not a protest, it's a coordinated nationwide campaign of vandalism. The First Amendment says "right to *peaceably* assemble and petition. This is not a peaceable action. The Riot Act 10 U.S.C. §§ 331-35 should be read, and then if the Shiite doesn't stop, heads should be cracked, and leaders, local and national should be arrested and hauled off to the Supermax.

The President, by using the militia or the armed forces, or both, or by any other means, shall take such measures as he considers necessary to suppress, in a State, any insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy, if it

In any situation covered by clause (1), the State shall be considered to have denied the equal protection of the laws secured by the Constitution.

There is this section of the Riot Act: § 335. Guam and Virgin Islands included as State
It does not mention D.C. There was some discussion as to whether DC falls under the jurisdiction of federal law, as it is not a state. The implication seemed to be that they can make their own laws. Any thoughts?
What the individuals that were there witnessed was an attack by an organized group on the United States of America. It was no different than when John Brown attacked the arnsel at Harper’s Ferry.
If, we hadIndividuals of the same caliber that were governing us today as we had then they would be dealt with in the same manner.
They were numerous felony crimes committed by the attackers. They were not a mob. They were an organized force.
