Rev Jeremiah Wright is a “hellcat”, and anyone mentored by him is probably also a “hellcat”. Obama tells all people just what he thinks that they want to hear. America is in worse shape than I thought she was in if anyone can go along with this. It is a slap at American black people if Obama is insisting that the black people of the USA are likened to Jeremiah Wright. That is a total disgrace and not true. The part of the speech I heard was well written and well presented, as usual. But when I thought about it later, I felt that I eaten air-popped popcorn for dinner.

Obama won't drop his ties to Wright who remains "part of me." His solution to black anger is to encourage poor whites to be just as angry. And he wants race, or at least his alleged ability to reconcile the races, to be a major theme of his campaign.

I don't think Americans want this election to be about race; they want it to be about the economy and national security. So, how does this speech help him with anyone other than his own base and the MSM??
