Elton and Hillary, for one night only

Elton John is to give a solo fundraising concert in New York next month for Democratic presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton, under the unlikely billing "Elton and Hillary: One Night Only."

The April 9 concert at Manhattan's pre-war Radio City Music Hall will be the British pop icon's first public solo concert in New York City without his band since he performed alone at Madison Square Garden in 2000.

"I'm not a politician but I believe in the work that Hillary Clinton does," John said in a statement announcing the fundraiser. "I'm excited to support Hillary by performing at what will be a truly memorable night."

Tickets for the fundraiser start at 125 dollars.

Clinton's celebrity supporters include Hollywood icon Jack Nicholson and basketball legend Magic Johnson, while Obama has hit back with chat-show queen Oprah Winfrey and Oscar-winning actors Robert De Niro and Forest Whitaker.

I don't picture a huge number of voters who are waiting for the highly coveted Elton John endorsement.

The ones morons that are, were going to vote for Hillary anyway.

The the difference between the fee paid John in this case and John’s normal concert fee would HAVE to be an in-kind contribution. Unless that difference is less than, what $4,000?

That is it would HAVE to be an illegal in-kind contribution. Illegal on first glance because of the value, and then on questions of John’s nationality.
