I don't picture a huge number of
voters who are waiting for the highly coveted Elton John endorsement.
The ones morons that are, were going to vote for Hillary anyway.

The the difference between the fee paid John in this case and John’s normal concert fee would HAVE to be an in-kind contribution. Unless that difference is less than, what $4,000?

That is it would HAVE to be an illegal in-kind contribution. Illegal on first glance because of the value, and then on questions of John’s nationality.
