Secret Service records should have FOIA requirements... in other words the SS had to be there with him and since Taxpayers are paying their salary if they attended that service then it is Public information and needs to be retrieved.

No, they shouldn’t. Secret Service is charged first and foremost with protection. If they could be subpeonaed or forced to testify, politicians are going to have to distance themselves from their agents to prevent them from hearing/seeing anything.
