No, they shouldn’t. Secret Service is charged first and foremost with protection. If they could be subpeonaed or forced to testify, politicians are going to have to distance themselves from their agents to prevent them from hearing/seeing anything.

Get real its a FOIA... I could argue the same thing that the Liberals have been pulling on the Bush Admin by asking for FOIA they are putting the country in danger...

There I just shut down freedom of speech... FOIA is specifically for this type of purpose... Candidate is lying about where he was and he has an entourage paid for by my tax dollars then they are accountable for where they were... sorry you argument doesn’t hold water...

Further you post implys that politicians would be distancing themselves from their entourage to commit illegal acts because as far as I’m concerned all politicians work for the people and if they are up to no good I want to know about it. If they have nothing to hide then they shouldn’t care if we ask for FOIA about their entourage.
