How much trouble is Barack Obama in over the extremism of Jeremiah Wright? Enough that Dem strategist Donna Brazile has been reduced to arguing that as black preachers go, Wright is relatively moderate. Enough that the normally affable Brazile got a bit short with Time editor Mark Halperin, he of the infamous memo to his subordinates during the 2004 presidential campaign while serving as ABC News political director.
The comments came during the panel discussion on today's This Week with George Stephanopoulos on ABC.

Most black churches I am aware of do not reflect this attitude either. However, as a white male, it would be racist for me to dare to disagree with Ms. Brazile, so I will take her at her word.

That’s exactly what they were doing. I just wished I had saved all of the pictures from that incident. They had children in shackles and chains too.

GRAMBLING, La. — Officials at Grambling State University were meeting Monday after the school newspaper ran photographs of adults at a campus-run elementary school putting a noose around at least one child’s neck.
Kindergarten and first-grade students at Alma J. Brown Elementary School were being taught why nooses are a symbol of racism, an article from the historically black university’s student newspaper said.
The article said the children also were being taught about the “Jena Six” — black high-school students who are accused of beating a white schoolmate. Court proceedings brought about 20,000 to 25,000 people to Jena, about 70 miles from Grambling, for a civil rights march in September.
I believe that Wright is a moderate compared to some of the black preachers that Brazile knows.

This is Hillery’s “kitchen sink”. She offered Obama the VP with her but he declined. He is gonna wish he had taken her up on that. I doubt anyone would want him and on their ticket now.
It happened at Grambling during the Jena 6 hoopla.
My favorite classic of hers is “don't let the white boys win” in referring to the Republicans in 2000.
It really pisses me off that this incident was swept under the rug. The media was on it for a couple of days then when the school said they were suspended with pay they moved on to another story. I’m sure those “teachers” are back at work.
