How much trouble is Barack Obama in over the extremism of Jeremiah Wright? Enough that Dem strategist Donna Brazile has been reduced to arguing that as black preachers go, Wright is relatively moderate. Enough that the normally affable Brazile got a bit short with Time editor Mark Halperin, he of the infamous memo to his subordinates during the 2004 presidential campaign while serving as ABC News political director.
The comments came during the panel discussion on today's This Week with George Stephanopoulos on ABC.

Brazile says Wright a relative moderate ping to Today show list.
File Under:
“Damning With Faint Praise”
I seriously hope that’s not true.
if that is moderate, am I to assume their are “white sacrifices” in the more radical churches?
Just when I think things can’t get any better, up pops Brazile!
Brazile steaming hot b*llSh*t on a platter.
Barack Hussein would have found more moderate preachers in any mosque!
Chickens are coming home to roost in the DemoRAT party. What an eye opener NOT!
Somehow I don’t think her comments are going to help matters much, as far as Obama’s campaign is concerned.
If that’s true, there is a cancer in the soul of Black America.
Wow.
I’m speechless.
Donna Brazile says he’s trying to bring “reconcilliation”...
OMG.
This is a great clip, Mark...
Well, thanks for that, Donna! I guess that just makes everything all better!
*cough*
Yeah, it wouldn’t exactly surprise me if there are a fair amount of black preachers out there that make Wright look like a conservative patriot by comparison.
This reminds me of the two Obama staffers that appeared on O’Reilly on Friday. That was, without a doubt, the stupidest political move I’ve ever seen. They actually tried to DEFEND Wright’s comments and call O’Reilly a racist.
The main reason I’ve been calling Obama “Pol Pot 2.0” because they’re both incredibly stupid, and this proves that beyond any doubt.
A damn shame Hillary wasn't finished off in Ohio and Texas. This would have been a cakewalk for McCain. Nevertheless, too many on the right would rather lose this year, bringing on the second coming of Reagan that is NOT going to happen.
WHAT! Moderate? Is she smoking crack?
Sadly, she may be right.
Speaks more about the intellectual honesty and integrity of the concregants than is does about the country.
