Presidential candidate Barack Obama preaches on the campaign trail that America needs a new consensus based on faith and bipartisanship, yet he continues to attend a controversial Chicago church whose pastor routinely refers to "white arrogance" and "the United States of White America."

Obama’s new pastor, Moss, is a self-proclaimed admirer of black radical Cornell West and white radical Michael Lerner (SDS alumnus). Google those guys and you will see that the problem with Obama & his church won’t go away just because they put Revvum Wright in the closet.

After the mainstream media finally discovered the Obama-Wright connection last week, Obama was personally visiting the editorial boards of the Chicago Tribune, the Chicago Sun Times and NBC-5 news. There was a photo of Obama on one side of the table and the editorial board on the other, covering the front page of the Sun Times on Thursday.
Obama knows he's in trouble now. When it was just me and a few others in the conservative media talking about it, he knew he could get away with it.
Self loathing is the term. And I agree, Revrund Wright looks to be of a mixed heritage as well.

Did you happen to catch the spin from both Lowey and Bradley this morning? And they were more in agreement (albeit strained) than opposition in trying to sweep this under the rug to avoid the conflict in the open. THAT is the key, to keep this war in the open rather than allowing the dnc to shovel it into the cloakroom for settlement.

Ok, I will agree with that. It proves he is a liar. But here is a guy who claims he want to heal our racial divisions, and bring unity among all people. My point is he ought first repudiate the racism of his pastor, which he cannot now claim he doesn’t know about, whether he was in church that day, or any other day.
Btw, here is a recent story from Breitbart (via Drudge):

“We have to come together,” he told a town-hall meeting at a high school.
He cited videos of inflammatory sermons given by his pastor that are now being used as political ammunition against him—remarks that Obama has denounced.
“If all I knew were those statements I saw on television, I would be shocked,” Obama said.
Obama suggested that more and more is being made of racial divisions as his contest with Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton heats up.
“I noticed over the last several weeks that the forces of division have started to raise their ugly heads again. And I’m not here to cast blame or point fingers because everybody, you know, senses that there’s been this shift,” Obama said.”
Right, Senator. The “forces of division” do not include your racist and anti-American pastor, but rather those who post videos of his scurrilous comments. Ya dork.
When you're a politician, you invest 15 minutes every morning before breakfast, scanning the headlines to see whether any of your political allies are in trouble. That's if you didn't already get a phone call from someone the night before.
At the very least, you have a trusted staff member who skims all those headlines, reads the articles of interest and gives you a detailed report each and every morning before breakfast. This is a no-brainer. It is essential for political survival.
Obama did this to himself. Dr. Wright's inflammatory rhetoric has been published in the Chicago Sun Times and the Chicago Tribune for several years. It's even been published in the New York Times for the past 14 months.
Obama also has a little problem called Tony Rezko. Tony is in the habit of approaching contractors who are bidding for business with the state government of Illinois -- to build bridges, repair roads, build prisons or whatever -- and he tells them that if they donate money to political campaigns of prominent Illinois Democrats, they're more likely to get the contract. But if they don't donate and donate generously, they'll never get the contract. This is a felony.
Tony's trial started last week. Obama has admitted that Tony raised a total of more than $250,000 for the various Obama political campaigns over the years. But it was made public back in 2004 that Tony was under investigation -- at the same time Obama was appearing, smiling and waving at the adoring crowds of Democrat donors, at Tony Rezko's fundraisers while he was running for the senate in 2004.
Like I said, Obama did this to himself.
