"Conclusion: Neither veterans deployed during the Gulf War nor their spouses had a higher prevalence of DSP compared to NDV and spouses."

Agent Orange didnt exist either.
George Noorey will be skeptical.
The link doesn’t go to an article... does it refute this?

Won’t change anyone’s mind no matter what.
Can’t read it anyway.
My dad is a physician with the Veteran’s Administration, fairly high up, retired now. Let it suffice for me to say that GWS is real.
A couple of my friends suffer from this “imaginary” illness (GWS). I doubt that the author even knows anyone who has served. I’ll leave it at that.
That was site given but it is also at www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15452300. If that doesn’t do it let me know.
Reminds me of a family guy bit
Meg: Now I can put down that I’m a big fat liar.
Peter: It worked for Walter Cronkite. You knowthat whole Vietnam thing? Never happened
Brian: Yeah but don’t mention it around the veterans hospital. They seem really commited to the lie.
You might put in a search word or two but refutes I don’t know as the earlier article was a press release was it not? And if you have access to EurekAlert (at the bottom of the release) you might look at what the press release is based upon and decide refutes or not. I didn’t go there.
Don’t worry, they’ll find one. shazam saddam
Earlier reply meant for another person. Sorry. How many AlS cases were found among the hundreds of thousand of vets? hundreds? more?
40 cases, way above normal incidence. This article is about a different problem.
Oh...yeah, and Anthrax vaccine and PB Tabs were good too. Just ask those who forced people to have it though ILLEGAL and against DOD doctrine and desires until Cohen and Clinton.
History will prove that a lot of these people were terrible for the US Military.
You seem to have gathered some info. on the subject, what would be normal incidence? And yes, articles were about two different things by design so one doesn’t refute or challenge the other.
I had a grandparent die of ALS so I have particular interest in the subject - it’s a particularly horrible way to die, and having a family member with the disease is a significant risk factor. Normal incidence is about 2/100k population, in Gulf War vets the incidence is about twice that.
