Hot Air TV: Sen. John Kerry confronted about Winter Soldier II
By Michelle Malkin March 12, 2008 11:12 PM
Grab the popcorn. Weve got another joint YAF/Hot Air TV production for you, just in time for the anti-war confab known as Winter Soldier II that kicks off in Washington, D.C. tomorrow and runs through Sunday. YAFs Jason Mattera, our intrepid special correspondent who cornered Jack Murtha in September, is back in the halls of Congress.
This week, Jason caught up with the original Winter Soldier, Sen. John Kerry, and confronted him about his unsubstantiated, troop-smearing testimony. Jason also tried to get him to autograph this picture. Watch:

Thanks for the ping!
I miss him, so, smooth.
He came into my life at a critical juncture in my life (many of you did, actually), lifted me up and gave me strength...and always will - until I give my last breath on earth.
Yeah, buddy! I asked MiaT to make it for me after he became ill.
So hard to believe Jon Carey never heard of WS II! guffaw
Silly, Noumenon...he doesn’t walk this country freely.
You darn well know his crimes are SEARED INTO OUR MEMORY and he knows the time will come for all good men to come to the aid of the country, hoist a few, and gather ‘round his grave.
: )
seared.
There's a noticable dearth of Dem congresscritters stepping up to the plate on behalf of the IVAW. When John Kerry pretends he's never heard of your war crimes propaganda conference, that's a pretty big clue that you're considered toxic by everyone except the rancid fringe...
I never much cared for Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons, I liked Beach Music, Shag dancin' to Bill Deal & The Rondels. I grew up with those guys, most of us went to the same high school in the 60's.
So here they are in a tribute to beach music, a live TV performance from the 90's. They were calling themselves the Sheiks of Shag by then, and Frankie Avalon was the MC.
Shag him or frag him, makes me no difference! Bet we could put some serious hurt on him out on the dance floor!
Interesting. We know so many people we have never met face to face, but have only met them online.
But we DO feel that we know them. Never met Tonkin except online, but I got the impression if I had a chance to meet him face to face, I might not feel as if he were a stranger.
Same with you, freema...:) At least that is how it felt at GOE...
Exactly...I believe the days of people rallying to his defense are over and he knows it. Still want to see that 180 but never will.
Hah! Ma couldn’t remember that, when Valli and the Four recorded it she wasn’t even with us. :-)
Yeah, that was pretty bad! LOL
Marine Corps Viet Nam War Combat Veteran Bump!

It is a pheneomenon. And a very rich one, at that. Not unlike my long distance engagement where then fiance’ - now husband and I were able to know each others’ heart and mind on a much different level via letters.
I never met Tonk personally, either. And I missed so many FReepers at GOE, but I will never forget laying eyes on POP for the first time there. Then, when somebody found usmcobra ...and flora.... and concretebob.... ah, what a day, wasn’t it?! Nothing can quite describe the bond, eh?
