About Tania
Tania Hollander is a Board Certified Holistic Health Counselor and has had a private practice since 2002. She is a graduate of the highly regarded Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City, which is affiliated with Columbia University’s Teachers College. Her Bachelor’s Degree is from SUNY Binghamton. Additionally, she has studied herbal healing with respected teacher Michael Tierra OMD and advanced energetic healing techniques with Tom Monte.
Tania has supported lifestyle transitions for a variety of health imbalances and has niche areas in nutrition-based mental health, digestive health, immune support, diabetes prevention and women’s health concerns.
She has a background in whole foods, herbs, music dance, personal growth and fitness. Her passion for music and dance has led to the creation of a 6-month program for singers and performers of all kinds.
Her mission is to provide her clients with a supportive environment in which to explore new tools for healthy living and an abundance of good health.
Tania brings compassion, sincerity and a healthy dose of good humor to her programs.
In addition to her private practice, Tania is a freelance writer and public speaker, facilitating workshops at venues around the tri-state area.
