The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series returns to the high banks of Bristol Motor Speedway on Sunday, March 16, for the Food City 500. One Dale is in a new ride and another Dale is competing in his final season. The last two Sprint Cup races saw two first-time Bristol Cup Series winners, in Kyle Busch and Carl Edwards. Who'll take home that big ol' Bristol Food City 500 trophy this year?
The Food City 500 is part of a spectacular Bristol race weekend, which includes the Sharpie MINI 300 Nationwide Series race (March 15) as well as Pole Day (March 14).

I called my wife on the way home about 1:30 and asked her to see when the race came on and she said it was already on lap 37 I think. Then we had to go to a neighbors open house as they are moving to Portland and just spent a ton of money and thousands of hours of their time restoring this historical house. It is right out of Architect Review if there is such a magazine.

Well, thanks to your ping, I did catch the end of it!
A down the wire fuel race, driving on Easter eggs at the end.

Like that old proverb goes ... Writing is the curse of the Drinking class. Just ask Jack London and the late what’s his name in the Caribbean. and no it’s not Shakespeare...
To: tubebender

What do I win?

Same Back atcha. Beautiful sunrise here on Humboldt Bay and a traditional ham dinner with shrimp macaroni salad etc around 3;00. Whole family + one will gather here. Easter Services at 10 at the new and improved Immanuel Lutheran Church. We had our Pot Luck there last Sunday so everyone can rush home today to watch Gramma fret over a hot stove...

I thought it was Ernie Hemmingway but I am really not sure...

Good morning. We still haven't seen the sun yet, but the woodpeckers have been hard at it since early on.
Looks like it will just be the two of us, unless I can con mother in law to come over. Have no idea where the rest of the bunch is.
I think it's great that you can christen your church on Easter!

Christos vos krese!
Christ is risen from the dead
Trampling down death by death
And upon those in the tombs
Bestowing life.
