NEW YORK (CBS) ¯ Gov. Eliot Spitzer was not expected to continue as governor and may resign by Monday evening, sources told CBS 2, after it was reported that he was linked to a prostitution ring.
Reliable sources told CBS 2 Political Reporter Marcia Kramer that Lt. Gov. David Paterson could be sworn in as governor as early as 7 p.m. Monday.
Now, here’s a job opening for Slick Willie.
But if we go back and count it up..........It's not close.
Compare $4300 in Washington DC with $375 in Hamburg, Germany. The $375 is paid by German politicians and other celebrities who use the back entrance of the place I was writing about above.
It is not the physical attractiveness of the woman that is causing the price rise.
It is the fact that Americans are so politically wound up about “sex trafficking” and American male politicians have been bending over backwards to make sure men who “partake” (and men in general) are made to sound like the most evil beings on Earth.
The price difference is the price of hypocrisy.
That $3925 price difference was what Spitzer and his buddies thought would buy them “discretion” in a society where men are cut zero slack.
I want to see Spitzer put behind federal bars for “sex trafficking”.
At least until a federal judge finally admits that “sex trafficking” should be defined properly as “against the will of the prostitute” or transport of a minor across state lines for sexual purposes.
And at least until the feds admit that prostitution is a state level crime and not a federal matter.
I want this to stay in the news until then.
“Gov. Eliot Spitzer has been linked to a prostitution ring”
This is so good that it just HAS to be fattening!
No way can Spitzer sell this is strictly a personal..He broke the law...
Clinton certainly brazened through..
We'll see if he really is going to resign..Spitzer once prosecuted prostitution rings..was a self proclaimed steamroller to clean up the state..HYPOCRISY
There is a federal law called the Mann Act that prohibits transporting anyone across state lines for immoral purposes. That is what Spitzer will be accused of violating. He arranged and paid for a New York hooker to go to Washington D.C. to have sex with him. Because he paid for her transportation he is subject to prosecution AND IMPRISONMENT under the Mann Act. This dumbass was editor of the Harvard Law Review, deputy Manhattan D.A., and a two-term state Attorney General! You would think he would know about the Mann Act and know better than to pay for the woman’s train ticket!
hmmm, interesting details.
“Gov. Eliot Spitzer was not expected to continue as governor and may resign by Monday evening, sources told CBS 2, after it was reported that he was linked to a prostitution ring.”
OMG, was he pimping out (insert favorite object of Democrat corruption here)?
“I.e., Barak Obama...?”
Um, no.
And Clinton’s liasons with Monica were no less bad.
It’s perhaps to his credit that he resigns over this, if it is a personal scandal and not a corruption one,
I thought only Republicans did that.
Only reason it is federal is that interstate lines were crossed to commit the crime.
We’ll see..Dims seem to squirm out of a lot!
I doubt it. He’ll try to hang on. His wife, however, may well get half of his billion dollar fortune in the divorce. I feel bad for her and the kids.
whoops. that image didn’t post correctly.
Spitzer would make an excellent U.S. Senator from NY, or maybe a running mate for HRC or Barack Hussein Usama.
As I said upon hearing this, “Couldn’t Happen to a better thug”.
Rest assured, this type of abomination is a line item on a Democrat’s resume, and it doesnt just happen in NY.
Murder is a crime, whether or not any particular government recognizes it.
I was wondering why the Times would out a Democrat. Hillary’s orders?
