I cant find a decent recipe for carnitas.
They all leave out milk which is the key ingredient.
Carnitas is a a pork shoulder or rump that is marinated in milk with galic and cumin.
Then the pork is browned in a dutch oven(the milk makes a golden crust) then it is baked till fork tender.
Shred the meat and serve with lime and onion and cilantro salsa and frest warm tortillas
